Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details (where applicable).

Delivery Time

We deliver orders across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are as follows:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 All over Pakistan

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment Method

Nexora currently offers:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information if it is available through our courier partner.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery may be delayed or the order may be cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Nexora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
